Small group training

If you don’t like the idea of having 1-1 training but would like the comradery of working out with a group of friends then try my small group training option. Its also more cost effective at £50 for groups of up to 5 people

A less personalised approach but if you all have similar goals then it can be a real good way of working out. Not only have you all made a commitment to train together but you provide each other with moral support. Combine this with my direction and workout routines and you’ll all be on target for success.
