If you don’t know where to start on your fitness journey, need a little motivation & advice or are ready to move your fitness up to the next level then please contact me, Sam and I will do my very best to help you out.

Many of my clients don’t feel comfortable in a gym environment. They enjoy the safety of my little studio and the non-judgemental and sensitive approach I take.

I tailor every workout to the individual and try to make the sessions fun and motivational. Together we develop a programme that suits your lifestyle & helps you achieve your health and fitness goals.

My studio is in Braishfield, Romsey. Sessions can be held here or online.

All my sessions are specifically created for the individual. I strive to be adaptable in order to help the client to work around injuries or any limitations there maybe.

Fit Club Monday

A full body workout using body weight alone includes strength, mobility and cardiovascular work.

Fit Club Wednesday

A class that includes the use of Dumbbells, Kettlebells, bands and bodyweight to provide a full body resistance training workout with a little cardio thrown in too.
