Sometimes its hard to motivate yourself to get going on a training programme.
For those of you who are regularly training you may be becoming bored of the usual body pump / spin classes/ gym routine and need to shake things.
Others will just find they are not getting the results they want.
Personal Training can provide you with the focus and direction you need to achieve your weight loss and fitness goals.
After initial contact you may come to my studio for a chat to discover what it is you are looking to achieve . We will talk about your likes and dislikes, diet & current fitness levels. . We can then discuss the most appropriate package for you. You may decide to take on 1-1 training once a week with a programme to follow or more frequent 1-1 sessions. Once you have committed to train we will work together to produce a personalised programme for you that fits in with your work/life family commitments & that will ultimately will help you reach your targets.
